Scott L. Knutson, M.B.A
Scott Knutson has more than 20 years in manufacturing, with experience in manufacturing management, quality systems, training management, and consulting. Scott is experienced in implementing multiple quality systems including ISO 9000, QS 9000, Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement (CI). He has successfully managed TPM and CI implementations, is a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt, and is certified in TPM. He is also a former certified IRCA auditor and is the lead author on an article about problem solving in the pharmaceutical industry-based Journal of GXP Compliance. Additionally, Scott is also certified in Instructional Design and Performance Improvement, has received the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Development) certification and has presented at the biennial pharmaceutical industry GMPTEA (GMP Training and Education Association) Conference, as well as co-delivering several PDA (Parenteral Drug Association) courses around the country.
